Delete your Loqma account
Request deletion of your Loqma (لقمه) account and associated personal data.
This page explains how users of the Loqma food delivery app can request that their account and personal data be deleted. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to request account deletion
In the Loqma app
Open Settings → Delete account, submit your request, and wait for admin approval.
Or by email:
- Send an email to support@loqma.delivery with the subject line: Delete my Loqma account.
- Include your registered phone number (the number you use to sign in to the Loqma app), for example: 07XXXXXXXX.
- If possible, send the request from the email address linked to your account. If you do not have an email on file, include your full name to help us verify your identity.
- Our support team will verify your request and confirm when your account has been deleted.
What data will be deleted
Account & profile
Name, phone number, profile details, and login access to the Loqma app.
Saved addresses
Delivery addresses saved in your account.
Favorites & preferences
Favorite restaurants, notification preferences, and app personalization data.
Device tokens
Push notification tokens associated with your account.
What data may be kept
Order history
Order and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax, accounting, and legal compliance.
Payment records
Payment confirmation data required by law or payment providers may be kept for the period required by applicable regulations.
Support & dispute records
Support tickets or records related to an active dispute, refund, or legal matter may be kept until the matter is resolved.
Security logs
Limited technical logs may be retained for fraud prevention and platform security.
Retention period after deletion
After we verify your request, personal account data listed above is deleted within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law or an active dispute.
You will receive a confirmation email once your account deletion has been completed.
